Your coaching. Ready when you are.
This is an installable web app in a private test build. Add it to your home screen to open it in its own window. An internet connection is required for coaching data.
Install on iPhone
- Open this website in Safari.
- Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Share may be under the More menu.
- Switch on Open as Web App if shown, then tap Add.
- Open the PEAKONIC icon. Sign in with your coaching email and enter the emailed code in that same window.
The installed app may ask you to sign in separately from your browser.
Install on Android
Open this website in Chrome. Tap the install button above when available, or use Chrome’s menu → Install app / Add to Home screen.
How to use your coaching
- Today: see the work ahead. Open a workout, record your sets or run and save. Wait for confirmation.
- Your week: review the agreed sessions. Make schedule adjustments while your week is unlocked; discuss changes with Henry after it is locked.
- Messages: send questions and feedback. Refresh to check for replies; phone push alerts are not connected.
- More → Check-in: update your weekly feedback and book an available Monday or Tuesday phone slot.
- Progress: use Daily entry to record steps, food calories, macros, water and bodyweight. Use Trends to review your recorded progress.
- More → Run analysis: import a TCX or GPX file and review its recorded details. For manual run logging, open the planned session from Today or Your week and enter your time, distance and optional heart rate or split notes.
- More → My details: keep your profile current and download your coaching data.
Your goal name and date are set by your coach. Ask in Messages if they need changing.
Set up a client as coach
Keep the client selector on the person you are preparing. Test records are labelled and cannot be linked to a client account.
- Open Add new client. Enter first name, last name and their coaching email. If their record already exists, choose Finish setup from the client list or select it in the setup form.
- Assign their programme. Choose Lifestyle, Road to Rox, keep their current programme or assign later. Choose the Monday start date. Logged programmes stay protected.
- Save and send the invitation. Check the recipient carefully. The welcome email guides them through signing in, installing the app and completing My details. A verified sign-in with the exact invited email connects their record. If sending is not confirmed, retry from the same setup rather than creating another record.
- Personalise the plan. Open the client. Review Programme details & goal, their goal date, every training week and Progress → Targets. An assigned template is a starting point for your review.
- Check the first login together. Confirm their name, programme and targets. Ask them to save their details and an agreed entry, then verify you can see it as coach.
- Other pending accounts. Clients → Pending accounts still lets you manually check and link people who signed in before being invited.
Before inviting a real client, confirm your privacy and health-screening arrangements and complete the pilot checks. Account linked means access is connected; it does not mean their programme or onboarding has been checked.
Your ongoing coaching routine
- Overview: review the selected client’s week, goal, feedback and next call.
- Programme: prescribe and review training. Logged prescriptions stay protected.
- Progress: review weekly averages, daily records and agreed targets.
- Messages: open the conversation for the selected client and refresh to check for replies.
- More → Check-in & booking: read weekly feedback and manage the next phone call.
- More → Client details: review the client profile.
- Backup & account tools: download a coaching backup and keep it securely. A download alone does not prove recovery has been tested.
Device & app connections
Automatic sync is not connected. Installing the app does not grant access to watch or nutrition data.
| Service | Current position |
|---|---|
| Apple Health | Not connected. Requires an iPhone app with HealthKit access and your permission; home-screen installation alone cannot read Health data. |
| Strava | Not connected. Coach access to athlete data needs a route permitted by Strava’s terms and approval. |
| Garmin | Not connected. Garmin developer programme approval and a consent-based integration are required. |
| COROS | Not connected. A permitted integration and client consent would be needed before automatic sharing. |
| MyFitnessPal | Not connected. Its private API requires partner approval. |
| Run file import | Available for TCX and GPX. Detail depends on what the file contains. FIT files are not supported yet. |
Saving and recovery
Wait for Saved to shared record before leaving. If a save fails, keep the screen open and use Retry save when connected. You can download an unsaved backup containing private coaching data. If another device saved a newer version, the app will protect it from being overwritten: download your unsaved backup before reloading, then ask Henry to reconcile the entries. A backup download is not a server save.
Before live coaching
This remains a test build. This manual tracker does not require automatic device connections. Before moving a client from their current tracker, Henry must prepare their programme, confirm health screening and privacy procedures, and verify their phone login, logging and check-in flow.
The free test host may take about a minute to wake after inactivity.
